About Us
I started Chef En route catering 7 years ago, after many years as a
personal chef, catering chef, catering event planner, and restaurant
owner.

We feel every event is special and deserves to be customized
around your guests. I pride myself on using  fresh ingredients and
providing the customized menus and service you deserve from a
caterer.

All of our staff  in both the front of the house and back of the house
are very qualified, and very professional.
